Autoguard shielded IV catheter with blood-control technology and a trigger-activated retracting needle.
Clinically demonstrated to reduce the risk of blood exposure, the Autoguard design retracts the needle into the containment vessel the moment the trigger is pressed. The sequence is simple: remove the protective cap, insert, then push the trigger; the used needle never returns to the working position.
