Safety IV catheter with a notched needle for first-stick success and a push-button shielding mechanism.
A notched needle improves first-stick success and reduces painful re-insertions, while blood-control technology keeps blood inside the device until the line is connected. Pressing the button retracts the needle fully into the containment vessel and locks it, giving complete needle encapsulation.
